​Roy McBee Smith Jr.
Lead guitar, vocals, songwriter
Roy, a singer-songwriter, plays electric and acoustic guitar for the Millwrites.  He has been playing either solo shows, blue grass, rock, etc. for years.  Influenced by the 60's and 70's, he brings a blues & rhythm  to our unique blend of music genre.   He classifies himself as a picker/lead guitarist and his songs are as varied as his style.  Influences are from SRV, Hendrix, Neil Young, etc.
Scott Scheel 
​Rhythm Guitar, vocals, songwriter
​Scott is a singer-songwriter that plays acoustic, rhythm guitar for the Millwrites.  Influenced by 80’s and 90’s Classic and Alternative Rock, Scott now loves an eclectic mix of musical genres.  He classifies himself as a strummer, and the music he writes as “Beer drinking music”.
Brandon Kimbrell
​Drums and percussion 
​​Brandon brings an exciting rhythm to the band  as the drummer.  He has been able to adapt to our playing styles and has enhanced the band's sound tremendously.
John Moseley 
​Bass 
​​​John has been playing bass for many years.   He's played for many different types of bands in South Carolina of all genres including indie, punk, alternative, country, and rock.
